Kevin Judge - Painter, Printmaker and Photographer

My name is Kevin Judge and I am an artist from Dublin.
I'm a recent graduate from NCAD where I studied Printmaking for two years. It’s also there that I tried my hand at painting and realised I was pretty good at it, from there I decided that’s what I want to pursue. Historically painting is the most important medium, and personally I’ve always found paintings to be way more interesting. My paintings are mostly figurative and representational while also trying to bring in elements of humour and pathos. I also like to include references to seventeenth century Vanitas paintings.
